Accept Property Adjacent to Skyline Wilderness Park Deeded to City by Pennington County.
Summary:
In March, Pennington County passed a resolution donating a 3.25 acre parcel of property that is adjacent to the Skyline Wilderness Park to the City for inclusion in the City’s public park.  The property was deeded to the City that month.  Council action is needed to accept the gift of the property.
