Add SDRS Roth 457 Program option to Rapid City employee benefit plan.
Summary:
The SDRS is adding a Roth 457 Program to their supplemental retirement plan as of July 1, 2013.  Roth 457 plans are funded by the employee with after tax dollars as a payroll deduction.
