Summary:
The adoption of a wayfinding ordinance is required by state law in order to implement the Wayfinding & Parking Signage Plan adopted by the Commission on January 22, 2013 as part of the City Center Project. This ordinance incorporates the necessary requirements established by the South Dakota Department of Transportation for municipal wayfinding programs.

The project will be funded by Destination Rapid City.
