Summary:
The owners of this property on Disk Drive agreed that no certificate of occupancy could be issued by the City until improvements on Disk Drive were completed.  The agreement was made in 2003, and those improvements have since been completed. Property owners, through First American Title, have asked for a release by the City of the terms of this Agreement to clear title to the property.
