Summary:
The owners of this property on Disk Drive gave this temporary access easement across their property for access to Howard street until improvements on Disk Drive were completed.  The easement was granted in 2003, and those improvements have since been completed. Property owners, through First American Title, have asked for a release and termination of the easement by the City to clear title to the property.
