Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign Addendum to Memorandum of Joint Powers Agreement Between the City of Rapid City and the Office of History, State of South Dakota
Summary:
The City and Office of History signed a Memorandum of Joint Powers Agreement in 2007 allowing the Rapid City Historic Preservation Commission’s review of building permits pursuant to SDCL 1-19A-11.1.  This addendum extends the current agreement to December 31, 2013.  Staff is working with the Office of history to create and revise the Joint Powers Agreement.
