Preliminary Approval of the 2013-2017 Consolidated  Plan and FY2013 Annual Action Plan
Summary:
HUD requires the City to submit a new Five Year Consolidated Plan for FY 2013-2017 and our Annual Action Plan for FY 2013.  Community Development is requesting Council’s preliminary approval of these two plans. Please note, the City has not received notification of the actual amount of our FY 2013 Entitlement yet, and we will likely have to make adjustments to the funding once we know the amount.  The adjustments would come before Council for approval as an amendment to the plan. A 30 day public comment period and a public meeting will be held to solicit community input and comments on the proposed plan.  All comments will be presented to Council prior to final approval of the plan.
