This Type III large wildland apparatus is replacing the apparatus we sold to North Haines Fire Department earlier this year. It will be primarily used to fight wildland fires, but will be able to double as a reserve pumper when a four wheel drive is needed or a front line engine is broke down. This will allow us to surplus an aging reserve engine. |
