13TP011- Approve Agreement between the City of Rapid City and the City of Box Elder for accomplishing the Rapid City Area Transportation Planning Process
Summary:
The Executive Policy Committee of the Metropolitan Planning Organization approved the 2013 Unified Planning Work Program on October 18, 2012, which included a transportation study for the City of Box Elder. This agreement (13TP011) provides the mechanism for Box Elder to pay the local match in order to move forward with the transportation study. The Box Elder City Council approved the agreement on March 5, 2013.
