A request by Tim Trithart for Community Health Center of the Black Hills to consider an application for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to Change the land use designation from Public to Commercial for property generally described as being located at 725 E. Philadelphia Street.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation from Public to Commercial be approved.
