LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE ERCOMMENDATION:
 The Legal and Finance Committee recommended approval of the Request for Proposals for the City of Summerset Shared Use Path and requests authorization for staff to advertise the Request for Proposals.

RAPID CITY AREA METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION EXECUTIVE POLICY COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: On February 16, 2012, the Executive Policy Committee approved the Request for Proposals for the City of Summerset Shared Use Path and requests authorization for staff to advertise the Request for Proposals.
