LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Committee recommended approval of authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign the State of South Dakota Agreement/Letter of Agreement with the South Dakota Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
