A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to revise the Major Street Plan by adding a collector street and eliminating two collector streets for the E1/2 of the NE1/4 of Section 35, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located north of Omaha Street and west of Interstate 190.

PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recomended that the request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to revise the Major Street Plan by adding a collector street and eliminating two collector streets for the E1/2 of the NE1/4 of Section 35, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located north of Omaha Street and west of Interstate 190 be approved.
