STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that approval of the Rapid City Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan Final Report be continued to the July 18, 2011 City Council meeting to allow the consultant to address issues identified with the implementation recommendations.

PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
