A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install sewer along Racine Street and to reduce the right-of-way width for LaCrosse Street from 100 feet to 80 feet as per Chapter 16.16 of the Rapid City Municipal Code for proposed the vacated S1/2 of St. Louis Street, the vacated 10 foot of Racine Street and a portion of Racine Street, Tract B of the SE1/4 of the SW1/4, Section 31, T2N, R8E, all of Block 1 of Brennan and Sweeney Addition and the vacated alley in Block 1 of Brennan and Sweeney Addition of Section 6, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located on Racine Street and LaCrosse Street.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommend that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install sewer along Racine Street and to reduce the right-of-way width for LaCrosse Street from 100 feet to 80 feet as per Chapter 16.16 of the Rapid City Municipal Code be denied.
