LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Committee recommended repealing Chapters 8.34, 8.36, 8.37, 8.38, 8.39, 8.40, 8.41, 8.42 and 8.44 of the Rapid City Municipal Code and adopting the new revised Chapter 8.34 of the Rapid City Municipal Code.
