CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
On June 28, 2010, City Council approved the Introduction and First Reading of the Rezoning from Office Commercial District to General Commercial District for that portion of the SW¼ of the NE¼, Section 24, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota described as follows: Commencing at southeasterly corner of Lot 21 of Block 4 of Eastridge Estates Subdivision, common to the southwesterly corner of Lot 4 of Block 2 of Fifth Street Office Plaza, thence S69º17’20”E, a distance of 133.11 feet, to the point of beginning; Thence first course: S00º00’01”E, a distance of 364.26 feet; Thence second course: N89º44’34”W, a distance of 81.20 feet; Thence third course: N12º34’45”E, a distance of 372.85 feet to the point of beginning.



PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that Rezoning from Office Commercial District to General Commercial District be approved for that portion of the SW¼ of the NE¼, Section 24, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota described as follows: Commencing at southeasterly corner of Lot 21 of Block 4 of Eastridge Estates Subdivision, common to the southwesterly corner of Lot 4 of Block 2 of Fifth Street Office Plaza, thence S69º17’20”E, a distance of 133.11 feet, to the point of beginning; Thence first course: S00º00’01”E, a distance of 364.26 feet; Thence second course: N89º44’34”W, a distance of 81.20 feet; Thence third course: N12º34’45”E, a distance of 372.85 feet to the point of beginning in conjunction with the associated Comprehensive Plan Amendment and the Initial Planned Commercial Development.
