PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended that the request to waive the requirement to install sidewalk on Elk Vale Road be approved with the following stipulations;

1.

The applicant shall sign a waiver of right to protest any future assessment for the improvement.
