An Appeal of Planning Commission's decision on a request by Lamar Advertising to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an electronic billboard for Lots 1 thru 3 of Block 11 of Boulevard Addition, Section 2, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 1602 Mt. Rushmore Road.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission denied the Conditional Use Permit to allow an electronic billboard.
