A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Rezoning from No Use District to Low Density Residential District of Lots 1 thru 5 of Wood Subdivision, Section 9, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located north of S.D. Highway 79 and School Drive and west of Elk Vale Road.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from No Use District to Low Density Residential District be approved in conjunction with the associated Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan.

VOTE: (9 to 0 with Braun, Brewer, Brown, Kinniburgh, Landguth, Marchand, Rolinger, Scull and Wyss voting yes and none voting no)
