A request by Fisk Land Surveying & Consutling Engineers for Mandalay Homes, LLC to consider an application for a Vacation of Utility and Minor Drainage Easement on Lots 10 and 11 of South Pointe Subdivision, located in the NE1/4 NE1/4, Section 24, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located southeast of the intersection of Parkview Drive and E. Enchanted Pines Drive.

PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended that the City Council acknowledge the applicant's withdrawal of the Vacation of Utility and Minor Drainage Easement.
