LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Committee recommended authorizing the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign the approval of Amendment #2 extending the 2009 Unified Planning Work Program through December 31, 2010.
