PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from No Use District to Mobile Home Residential District be approved in conjunction with the associated Planned Residential Development – Initial and Final Development Plan.

VOTE: (8 to 0 to 1 with Braun, Brewer, Brown, Collins, Landguth, Marchand, Scull and Wyss voting yes and none voting no and Kinniburgh abstaining)
