HISTORIC PRESERVATION RECOMMENDATION: The Historic Preservation Commission recommends that the City Council accept the alterations to the windows on the east, west, south and north elevations and to accept the elevation alterations of the house and garage, all on property located at 912 St. Andrew Street.
