PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from No Use District to Mobile Home Residential District be continued to the December 21, 2009 City Council meeting.

VOTE: (8 to 0 to 1 with Braun, Brewer, Gregg, Landguth, Rolinger, Scull, Wyss and Zephier voting yes and none voting no and Kinniburgh abstaining)
