LS SD 6119”, which is the W1/4 of Section 33; THENCE N02°16’28”E at a distance of 549.71 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, more generally described as being located at 603 and 620 North 44th Street.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Adopted Comprehensive Plan to revise the Future Land Use Plan by changing the land use designation from Low Density Residential to Public be approved.
