Elshire to consider an application for an Amendment to the Adopted Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation from General Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development to Light Industrial with a Planned Industrial Development on Lot A of Blocks 3 and 4 of Rapid Valley Subdivision, Section 8, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 2507 East St. Patrick Street.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Adopted Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation from General Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development to Light Industrial with a Planned Industrial Development be denied.

VOTE: (6 to 2 with Brown, Gregg, Kinneburgh, Landguth, Marchand and Rolinger voting yes and Braun and Scull voting no)
