Staff recommends that the Exception Request be continued as WORP has not been signed.

PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:

Public Works Committee recommended that the request to waive the requirement to install sidewalk along Monte Vista be approved, continent on the applicant providing a Waiver of Right to Protest future sidewalk installation and improvements in the future.
