PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Commitee recommended that the request for an Exception to the requirement to install a reinforced concrete driveway be approved with the stipulation that the applicant enter into a covenant agreement to require the property owner intall the reinforced concrete driveway at that time Seger Drive is constructed.
