A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment to allow sales of medical supplies and equipment rental as a Conditional Use in the Office Commercial Zoning District by Amending Section 17.40.030 of the Rapid City Municipal.

LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Commitee recommended that the Ordinance Amendment to allow sales of medical supplies and equipment rental as a Conditional Use in the Office Commercial Zoning District by Amending Section 17.40.030 of the Rapid City Municipal Code be approved.
