Ordinance No. 5521 to Create a Sidewalk Vendor Permit by Amending Subsection 12.20.020 of the Rapid City Municipal Code.

LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the revised ordinance to create a sidewalk vendor permit to approve the location in the Central Business District by amending Section 12.20.020 be approved.
