Highway 44 right-of-way lying adjacent and south of Lot 5 of Hillsview Subdivision, all located in Section 5, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located west of Valley Drive and north of S.D. Highway 44.
