A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment to amend Section 17.50.335 "Sight Triangles" of the Rapid City Muncipal Code.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
 Planning Commission recommended the Ordinance Amendment to amend Section 16.50.335 “Sight Triangles“ of the Rapid City Muncipal Code continued to the December 7, 2009 City Council meeting.

VOTE: (8 to 0 with Braun, Brewer, Brown, Gregg, Hennies, Landguth, Marchand and Scull voting yes and none voting no)
