A request by Olsen Development Company, Inc. to consider an application for a Vacation of Section Line Highway on the south 495 feet of the NE1/4 SE1/4 less Lot 1 and the unplatted portion of the SE1/4 SE1/4, all located in the SE1/4 of Section 22, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 2000 Golden Eagle Drive.

Action on this item was inadvertently taken at the July 6, 2009 City Council Meeting; however, due to the public hearing being notified for the July 20, 2009 City Council Meeting, Council action on this item is required to be taken again.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the vacation of the western three feet of section line highway located along Promise Road be approved.
