Second Reading and Recommendation of Ordinance No. 5517 Revising Permitted and Conditional Uses and Area Regulations within the Airport Zoning District by Amending Section 17.58 of the Rapid City Municipal Code .

LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Committee recommends that the Second Reading and Recommendation of Ordinance No. 5517 Revising Permitted and Conditional Uses and Area Regulations within the Airport Zoning District by Amending Section 17.58 of the Rapid City Municipal Code be approved.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission unanimously carried to recommend that the Ordinance Amendment to Revise Permitted and Conditional Uses and Area Regulations within the Airport Zoning District by Amending Section 17.58 of the Rapid City Municipal Code be approved.
