STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the request to waive the requirement to install sidewalk along Cambell Street be continued to June 15, 2009 City Council meeting as the stipulations have not been met.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Planning Commission recommended that the request to waive the requirement to install sidewalk along Cambell Street be approved contingent upon the applicant signing a Waiver of Right to Protest future sidewalk improvements along Cambell Street.
