PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Public Works Committee recommended that the request to waive the requirement to install sidewalk along East Minnesota Street and Biernbaum Lane be approved contingent upon the applicant signing a Waiver of Right to Protest future sidewalk improvements along East Minnesota Street and Biernbaum Lane.
