The Public Works Committee recommended that the request to accept water lines as a public utility on property located in the NW1/4 of Section 30, T2N, R8E, BHM Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota be approved.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the request that the City accept the water lines as a public utility.
