LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the Mayor and Finance Officer be authorized to sign the contract between Felsburg Holt & Ullevig and the City of Rapid City for the Chapel Valley Access – Traffic Analysis and Route Alignment Study in an amount not to exceed $118,000.00.
