A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Resolution renaming the unnamed right-of-way to Pendleton Drive on unnamed Right-of-way located adjacent to the western boundary of Lot C of the NW1/4 SW1/4, Lot 1 of Tract D of Black Hills Power & Light Highway 79 Substation Subdivision, and Lots 1A and 1B of E. Hoff Subdivision all located in Section 17, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located northeast of the intersection of South U.S. Highway 79 and Elk Vale Road.

PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Public Works Committee recommended approval of the Resolution renaming the unnamed right-of-way to Pendleton Drive.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the service road located in the South Highway 79 Right-of-Way extending south from Merillat Road be renamed Pendleton Drive.
