An Appeal of the Planning Commission's Decision on a request by Jay Schmierer for Mandalay Homes for a Major Amendment to a Planned Residential Development on Lot 13 of Block 2 of Red Rock Meadows Subdivision, Section 28, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 6446 Cog Hill Lane.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Appeal of the Planning Commission's Decision on the Major Amendment to a Planned Residential Development be denied without prejudice at the applicant's request.

PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION:
The Planning Commission denied the Major Amendment to a Planned Residential Development without prejudice.

VOTE: (6 to 4 with Brewer, Brown, Etter, Gregg, Marchand and Waltman voting yes and Anderson, Hennies, Rolinger and Scull voting no)
