A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for a Rezoning from Low Density Residential District to General Commercial District on Tract AR2 of Needles Subdivision, Section 26, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 1700 Catron Boulevard.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Rezoning from Low Density Residential District to General Commercial District be continued to the December 15, 2008 City Council meeting to allow the completion of the notification of public hearing required as a result of the weather-related cancellation of the Planning Commission meeting of November 6, 2008.
