No. 08RZ038 - Jackson Park Subdivision

A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Rezoning from Park Forest District to Flood Hazard District on Lot 1B of Block 3 of Jackson Park Subdivision, Section 8, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located west of Chapel Lane and south of Jackson Boulevard.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Rezoning from Park Forest District to Flood Hazard District be continued to the December 15, 2008 City Council meeting to allow the completion of the notification of public hearing required as a result of the weather-related cancellation of the Planning Commission meeting of November 6, 2008.
