No. 08PL132 - Village on the Green No. 2 Subdivision

A request by Sperlich Consulting, Inc. for Lifestyle Homes to consider an application for a Preliminary Plat on Lots 54A and 54B of Village on the Green No. 2 Subdivision, located in the NW1/4 NE1/4, Section 13, T1S, R7E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, legally described as Lot 54 of the Village on the Green No. 2 Subdivision, located in the NW1/4 NE1/4, Section 13, T1S, R7E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located adjacent to the south side of Muligan Mile.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Preliminary Plat be approved with the following stipulations:

1.

Prior to Preliminary Plat approval by the City Council, construction plans shall be submitted for review and approval showing a sidewalk along both sides of Mulligan Mile or a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations shall be approved;

2.

Prior to Preliminary Plat approval by the City Council, the plat document shall be revised to show the dedication of an additional 3.5 feet of right-of-way for Mulligan Mile or a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations shall be obtained;

3.

Prior to Preliminary Plat approval by the City Council, a cost estimate of the subdivision improvements shall be submitted for review and approval; and,

4.

Upon submittal of a Final Plat application, surety for any required subdivision improvements that have not been completed shall be posted and the subdivision inspection fees shall be paid.
