08TP025 - Authorization to seek Request for Proposals for the preparation of the Chapel Valley Access, Traffic Analysis and Route Alignment Study

LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Committee recommended approval of the Request for Proposal for the Chapel Valley Access, Traffic Analysis and Route Alignment Study and to authorize staff to advertise the Request for Proposals.

EXECUTIVE POLICY COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Executive Policy Committee of the Rapid City Area Metropolitan Planning Organization recommended approval of the Request for Proposal for the Chapel Valley Access, Traffic Analysis and Route Alignment Study and to authorize staff to advertise the Request for Proposals.
