A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment to add "Bakery" as a permitted use in the Light Industrial Zoning District.


LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the Ordinance Amendment to add "Bakery" as a permitted use in the Light Industrial Zoning District be approved.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Ordinance Amendment to add "Bakery" as a permitted use in the Light Industrial Zoning District be approved.

VOTE: (6 to 0 with Brewer, Brown, Derby, Gregg, Rolinger and Scull voting yes and none voting no)
