A request by Sperlich Consulting, Inc. for Terry Haskell to consider an application for a Vacation of Utility and Minor Drainage Easement on Lots 9AR and 9B of Block 28 of Robbinsdale Addition No. 10, located in the NE1/4 of the SW1/4, Section 13, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 323 and 317 Alta Vista Drive.

PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Public Works Committee recommends that the Vacation of Utility and Minor Drainage Easement be approved with the following stipulation:
1. Prior to Public Works approval, the applicant shall sign a Developmental Lot Agreement indicating that both properties are under the same ownership.
