PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended that the 2009-2013 Rapid City Area Transportation Improvement Program - Final Report be approved with the stipulation that the County secondary roads and Mall Drive engineering may be added to the Transportation Improvement Program.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the 2009-2013 Rapid City Area Transportation Improvement Program - Final Report be approved.
