LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the Ordinance Amendment to revise the sidewalk requirements by amending Chapters 12.16.080 be approved.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Ordinance Amendment to revise the sidewalk requirements by amending Chapters 12.16.080 be approved.
