LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Legal and Finance Committee recommended to authorize staff to inform South Dakota Department of Transportation that the City is not interested in purchasing the property adjacent to Executive Golf Course at this time.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Based on the lack of an identified funding source and the lack of a specific use for the property, staff recommends that the City not purchase the excess property from the South Dakota Department of Transportation.
